Repairs

We offer complimentary repairs on all jewelry purchased within 6 months from the request for repair should there we an issue with your Ojoie piece (Joy Club Merch excluded).

Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. 

We cannot offer complimentary repairs or replacements if your item has been broken, damaged, or lost by the fault of the owner. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Repair time estimates will depend on the nature of the repair, we will give you an estimate via email. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

Should you receive your piece and experience a faulty stone setting, or an issue with the base metal, please reach out to as soon as possible.
