Online Returns/Exchanges
We want you to love your OJOIE pieces. If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your item we are happy to help process your return. Here are a few key notes:
-Purchases made online at ojoieforjoy.com can be returned/exchanged by mail within 21 days of receiving your order.
-The product must be unworn/not damaged and returned in its original packaging.
- All return shipping is done at the expense of the customer. Please package carefully as we will not accept items damaged in transit.
-Once we receive your item and it is approved we will process your refund less the original cost of shipping as a credit to your account that will not expire. We do not offer monetary refunds.
-To begin your return request, please email hello@ojoieforjoy.com outlining your Order #, Shipping Address and Phone Number and we will be happy to begin the process for you.
Please Note:
-The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
-We will not accept damaged/worn products.
-If a piece is damaged by no fault of the customer, we will replace the item within 45 days of purchase. Please email us immediately so we can support you.
-Damages made after 45 days of receiving your piece won't be accepted for a replacement.
-We do not offer price protection for any orders made ahead of a sale.
-We do not offer exchanges, only returns in the form of store credit

OJOIE reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.
All packaging must be included in your return, and we suggest you send your return in the original mailer to offset the carbon emissions incurred by shipping.
